read all of the following Terms & Conditions carefully before
buying/bidding, by buying/bidding you are deemed to have accepted and agreed
to these Terms & Conditions.
All parts supplied are on a PARTS ONLY basis. STORMTECH
PERFORMANCE are unable to accept responsibility for labour charges incurred
in fitting or removal of parts purchased from ourselves. Nor do we accept any
responsibility for vehicle hire charges or any other consequential loss.
All parts are security marked before they are dispatched, Please
do not remove or clean the marks of the part as we are unable to refund you
if the marks are not visible when returned.
All electrical items such as "Electric motors, sensors, switches
and ECU units" are NON REFUNDABLE. Please ensure you ask for the correct
part number and are absolutely certain that the electrical item you are
ordering will remedy your problem. Once an electrical item is ordered and we
have confirmed the part numbers you are unable to return the item for a
refund UNLESS our unit proves to be faulty.
All glass and windows are not insured by the couriers, These parts
are dispatched at buyers risk, Any damaged through the couriers cannot be
refunded.
Any items cancelled after ordering for what ever reason will
incur a 20% cancellation fee, This charge is for handling and administration
charges.
All items we sell are checked cleaned and tested before they are
dispatched. If any items are not satisfactory we will exchange them for you
or you can return for a full refund, If the item is found to be faulty we
will also refund postage cost, Please do not modify or recondition any parts
found to be faulty, CONTACT us first, We are unable to accept responsibility
for any charges this might incur.
Please note and be aware that some parts may require special
tools to fit them, or are to be fitted by qualified personnel only. It is
the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the parts are correctly fitted and
are safe to use.
