1. We accept exchange/replace item within 14 days when buyer receive merchandise. 
2. Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons.
3. All returned items must be received in new, unused condition to receive a refund. 
4. Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the new, unused, uninstalled condition only and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
