Payment for items should be made within 5 days. Please contact us if you are having difficulties, as we are reluctant to place an 'Unpaid Item' strike against you.

All items are sent via 'Australia Post' other than those too large for posting. These are sent via trackable Courier or Freight services at our discretion.

Items will be despatched 'Next Post' from payment confirmation, usually within 24 hours. 'Buy-ins' and 'Custom-Made' items will be despatched upon receipt. We are happy to 'combine' shipping for multiple purchases, please ask.

NOTE:

• Many of NETSPARES' items are 'Stock' lines that automatically 're-list'. Occasionally delays or 'out of stock' are experienced from suppliers. Although unlikely, if this occurs on any purchase, we will advise an estimated delivery or offer either an alternative product or a full refund.

Your complete satisfaction is our aim at NETSPARES. We will happily refund or exchange an item if you are not satisfied, although some conditions apply, including the following:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of invoicing.
• Items must be returned in a brand new, unused condition.
• Packaging must not be damaged.
