This stylish flip case offers the perfect way to add protection and create individual style for your mobile device. All of our cases are custom-made/printed when you place your order using printing technology, transferring the print on to the front of the case.

Delivery 

Your item will be professionally & carefully printed, packed and dispatched within 1 business day, after confirmation and verification of your payment.  All orders where we receive payment before 2pm (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the very same day! 

Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or public holidays. Collections are not available.

UK Only

Please be advised that delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days, but this is not guaranteed. Items can experience delays due to Royal Mail issues.  We only deem an item lost in the post 10 working days from dispatch.

 
Rest of World

Please be advised that delivery usually takes between 5-10 working days, but this is not guaranteed. Items can experience delays due to Royal Mail issues.  We only deem an item lost in the post 15 working days from dispatch

Faulty Goods

 
Please send us an eBay Message WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt stating your order number and description of fault - A photo will help us deal with this faster. 3Trade will contact you with regards to the fault and on how to return the goods (if necessary). All items must be returned to 3Trade WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt (if necessary). 

We strongly recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.

Custom Made to Order Goods

 

3Trade DOES NOT HOLD PRINTED STOCK OF CASES – ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE/PRINTED WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR ORDER.

 

Orders for custom-made goods cannot be cancelled or changed (once the order has begun to be processed).

Custom made goods that are delivered as described and are in good condition will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting of custom made goods returned in error.

We cannot take responsibility for customer generated mistakes such as errors, including, but not limited to, spelling, typographical or grammar errors; order quantity, error with device or model specification, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.

3Trade is not liable for replacement to the cost of the Company.  All products are individually printed per customer’s orders.  You must check your items carefully before you place your order. 

 

This does not affect your statutory rights, in particular any right you have to return the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
