next route: Settings- About device- “Build number”. That will help your tech to
determine the easiest way to unlock your phone.
· How to determine if your phone is eligible to be
unlocked by us… First the first, give you a piece of mind
knowing that we will be TOTALLY able to unlock your phone by confirming that:
-When you insert a SIM card from a different carrier than the original one it
appears a message saying “Invalid sim card…” or “SIMLOCK is enabled...”
-When you connect it to the pc it recognizes as a Phone/ HTC device and not as
a “USB device not recognized”
