The story of Dianer Diamonds Ltd. began back in 1991 when our founder, Avner Cahana finished 10 years of working in a big company which specialized in producing very large diamonds and emeralds.
 
He decided that it was the right time to establish a new company of his own.
 
After working with colored emeralds, sapphire, tanzanite and other gemstones for more than a decade, Avner decided to stick with what he knew and loved and stay in the world of colors.
 
Using his impressive technological background, Avner decided to develop a clean system designed to change the colors of diamonds.
 
By using clean Electrical Power, he established a state of the art lab and developed a very unique process used to treat natural diamonds more efficiently and environmentally friendly.
 
This process enhances diamonds of all sizes by infusing them with spectacular colors.

In order to show our beloved customers how much we appreciate them, Dianer Diamonds Ltd. offers free shipping worldwide for all of our products.
 
We hold sole responsibility for all of the expenses regarding the shipping itself. However, we recommend that our customers look into all aspects related to local taxes (such as sales tax, import tax or VAT), as Dianer Diamonds Ltd. will not be responsible for those expenses.

Dianer Diamonds has a 30-day money back guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days to return it and receive a refund. You will receive a full refund under the following conditions:
The items must be returned within 30 days from the day of purchase and must be returned in the original packaging.
The items cannot be returned damaged, worn, used or if they are a different size or weight. The details of the items must be identical to the product order and the items must be returned with the original certificate.
Payment will be returned based on the original payment method. For instance, if you paid through Paypal, you will receive your refund through Paypal (the same applies for bank transfers etc.)
All customers’ orders are not refundable.

After sending your items back, please send a message with the item’s delivery number, tracking number, and the delivery date. 
Furthermore, insure the package in case of loss or theft and ensure that the fees for shipping and handling have been taken care of.
Dianer Diamonds is not responsible for any diamond that you did not receive or that was not sent back according to the conditions previously mentioned. 
Please remember to include a copy of your receipt with your package.
