Ancient Roman Empire Terracotta Oil Lamp .    Makers mark etched on base ..NOVIVS.  Could be made by Marcus Novius Justus 120-180 AD.  Most likely made in West Africa   , Tunisia or Carthage.    

In good condition for its age.    4 x 3 inches , 1 inch in height.
