This listing is for a PSA-graded 10 GEM MINT Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon (secret rare, RP02-EN096) from Retro Pack 2. Retro pack 2 was released more than 7 years ago only in limited edition boxes of 3 packs each. The short shelf life, unusual printing format, and low quantities made this set a rarity. The Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon is the most coveted card in the pack, and also the most difficult to obtain because of the heavy skew count against it. That means that if you pulled a secret rare, you were more likely to get one of the other 9 secret rares from that set. In fact, your chances of pulling a Blue-Eyes Shining are less than 1 out of 300 (based on the formula [(1/10) x (1/31)]), and interestingly, even pack-fresh cards can fail to get a PSA 10 score (due to factory imperfections). This is the only secret rare version of Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon ever released, and it is utterly different in aesthetic appeal from the super rare version. This card was meant to shine, and here the secret rare holo-foil delivers a stunningly beautiful card. I tried to take good photos, but I have to tell you, this card looks way better in person.
