SHELLEY/LATE FOLEY FINE BONE CHINA

In 1910, "Shelley" was taken as the company's trade name and changed from Wileman and Company.  Wileman & Co.'s wares had been stamped "The Foley China" from it's original origins.  In an effort to acquaint the customer with the new company name "Late Foley" was used in conjuction with the Shelley shield through 1916.

CHARMING trio to add to your collection, circa 1912!

 This sophisticated vintage trio is decorated with a border of small deep pink rose sprays, tiny blue flowers and light green leafy vines against a darker green Greek Key band.  White ground.

  Gold edging on all pieces, as well as gold detail on cup handle. 

A BEAUTIFULLY COLLECTABLE TRIO!

All pieces are stamped with the Shelley/Late Foley logo.  Additionally, the pattern number is hand painted on the bottom of the cup.

**Cup stands approx. 2 3/4" high

**Saucer measures approx. 5 1/2" across
**Snack plate measures approx. 6 3/4" across

This is a vintage trio circa 1912. 
These pieces were handcrafted about 103 years ago! 
You, most likely WILL find some age appropriate issues.
 

In regard to the "vintage" note above, I'm VERY happy to say this set has NO DAMAGES, CHIPS, CRACKS, REPAIRS OR CRAZING !
There are some age appropriate small firing marks, pin & paint marks.  A bit of rubbing on the gold edging.  All that being said, this set is in VERY GOOD condition!
