Do I have to pay straightaway after ordering / buying?
Most buyers pay immediately. In order to receive your item(s) fast you may choose to pay immediately but you can place an order / commit to buy and pay within 7 days.
I have not paid and now want to cancel the order?
Payment must be received within 7 days of placing an order / buying. After this period we can not cancel the order due to ebay system restrictions.

Has my order been dispatched?
A confirmed email will be sent immediately to you once your order has been despatched. This is normally within 24 hours after payment received.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched, usually, you can expect it within:
3-5 Working days for UK and CI delivery addresses.
7-10 Working days for EU / EEA delivery addresses.
7-30 working days for others countries, areas

Can I change delivery address on my order?
If you have made a mistake please email us immediately so that we can change the address for you before order is dispatched. If we have already dispatched your order please note we are not responsible for item lost/delivered to wrong address.
What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
The majority of our items are small to fit through a standard letterbox. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted you should receive a Royal Mail 'Sorry we missed you' card saying you missed an item being delivered. Please follow the instruction on the card to retrieve you parcel.
For International orders please refer to your local postal company for there standard procedure in this case different to the UK.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
Should your order not arrive within the estimated time please check the following:
- Red card, if left by Royalmail. Please see card for collection.
- With the neighbours.
- Check common residence area. If office address check with reception / post room.
- In any possible, safe places, that a driver might have left the parcel in.
- Re-confirm your delivery address so we can verify this is where it was sent.
For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure in case this different to the UK.

How do I return an item?
We offer no quibble 30 day returns guarantee. This also covers 14 day cooling off period under UK/EU distance selling regulations.
You can return item(s) for any reason eg, changed mind / unsuitable / wrong item / dissatisfaction with quality / fit / faulty etc. Unless faulty, this guarantee does not apply to items that have missing labels, original packaging or show signs of being used. If you wish to return goods using this guarantee, you need to inform us within 30 days. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense. Items must be unused in reselleable condition and in original packaging.
To return please contact us or follow ebay return procedure and we will be happy to accept returns. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why.
You will need to package the item securely and include a brief note stating:
- Your ebay user ID and full name
- The reason for return
- Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
Please ask for a 'Proof of posting certificate' from post office / courier service as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.
When can't I return an item for exchange or refund?
We believe 30 days is more than enough period to try an item or assess its quality. Unfortunately, after 30 days of purchase we can not take items back for refund or replacement.
When will I receive my exchange / replacement or refund?
We will process refund / send replacement within 5-7 days of your item is received back.
