All items now have the serial numbers recorded where possible, and invisible UV security markings added. Refunds will only be given if the security mark and the serial numbers match upon return.
RETURNS
If for any reason you wish to return this item it must be returned un-used in original condition and packaging 14 days. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs. Upon receiving the returned item within 14 days a refund will be issued less applicable postage charges, including both seller and buyer.
In the rare event that an item may be lost in transit, a full refund will be promptly issued once we have been notified of non reciept and our quick enquiries verify with the courier service the whereabouts and or loss of your item. Where possible a replacement will be sent if preferred.
Postage
Most items are usually dispatched the following day (except Sunday's) but this is not a guarantee, and in rare cases may take up to 72hrs. But our main aim is to have all orders promptly dispatched.

Orders will only be dispatched to your eBay registered address. It's your responsibility to ensure there is some one at home to receive your order.
