Henco accepts payments via PayPal. Simply log into your existing account or check out as a guest using a debit or credit card. PayPal is a secure payment method and will never pass on any account or card information. 
Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please take note of dispatch times stated in each listing as timescales vary between items. (Henco is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Sometimes in busy periods dispatch may take a little longer than anicipated. If for any reason this is the case you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Items are dispatched via Royal Mail, delivery times are as follows (delivery times are in addition to disptach times): Henco takes no resonsibility for customs charges were applicable (on payment customers automatically agree to pay any customs charges incurred). Henco reserves the right to change delivery method should it be necessary without consent or prior notification to the customer. 
PLEASE NOTE: - PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE / REFUNDABLE Customers may cancel and return any order within fourteen days of receipt of their item (excluding personalised items). If your item is, for any reason, faulty please return for a no quibble refund or replacement. The return postage will be covered by Henco and a replacement will be sent out for free. If you have changed your mind and no longer want your item or you have ordered the incorrect size etc you may also return for a refund or exchange. Items of clothing must be unworn and all items must be returned in original packaging. In this case return postage is to be covered by the buyer and proof of postage must be obtained. On receipt and inspection of the item a refund or exchange will be made. Please check spellings and dates carefully when purchasing personalised items as these may NOT be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by Henco.
