What is the item condition?

How long before I will get my product?

Do you ship worldwide?

-Yes, we do. Please contact us for a precise shipping quote. Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If I am not happy, can I return the product?

-Yes, we want the buyer to be happy. We encourage asking all questions prior to committing to buy.

We can accept a return within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Our products are guaranteed in 100% working condition upon receipt. Please understand that we sell at a discount for a reason. We specialize in offering high-grade previous generation, refurb, and open box hardware. We want you to be happy and we do our very best to deliver the product you want. Please address any and all concerns before purchasing and before leaving any commentary about our transaction. We will resolve each and every issue to the best of our ability. Payment, Shipping and Handling:

Payment is due immediately upon auction closing. We reserve the right to relist this item or offer it to the next qualified buyer when payment does not clear with 24 hours of purchase.

All of our orders have a 1-3 day handling time for processing. Additionally, we ship from Southern California with UPS Ground, which has a 1-7 day delivery window. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the status of your order.

Warranty:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER/POLICIES:

The buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties, fees taxes, and other assessments at the time of importation. Certain locations are not serviced by UPS and can only be offered at a surcharge, or might not have available service options at all. Please contact us for a specialized shipping quote prior to bidding or placing an international order.

RETURN POLICY:

This product is in guaranteed working condition. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us immediately. We can accept a return within 14 days of purchase, preferably for exchange or merchandise credit. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (insured via UPS or FedEx only).

?All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been disassembled or modified.

All returns are subject to approval via Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can email or call us to setup an RMA. Note that this is a relatively expensive process, so please assure yourself ahead of time that this is the right product for your needs.
