Our 1998 Ferrari F355 Spider comes in a classic Rosso Corsa (red) exterior paint and a beautifully contrasting tan leather interior. The car's paint job is completely original with no repaints anywhere on the body. 

The car has a Challenge rear grill, power seats, power windows, a semi-automatic power soft-top, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a Clarion head unit (the original Ferrari radio is also included), red brake calipers, air conditioning and more. It also features a “sport” mode with stiffer suspension settings providing a more dynamic driving experience. 

This F355 comes with the original Ferrari toolkit, all owner’s manuals, a tan leather soft top cover, the original Ferrari radio, a Ferrari car cover, a car charger and more. 

It features a 6-speed F1 transmission and a 375 HP 3.5L V8 engine which helps the car accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in only 4.7 seconds. The F355 Spider debuted in 1995 after 1,800 hours in the wind tunnel resulting in a perfect blend of elegant style and aerodynamic performance. In our opinion, the F355 is one of the most beautiful and desirable road cars ever built by Ferrari and it has one of the best exhaust sounds you will ever hear! .

9. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
10. Title Information: We ensure that the buyer is provided with a US title at no additional cost.
11. Shipping & Delivery:
1. Paul Motor Company can help facilitate shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. 
2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Paul Motor Company as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. 
3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. 
12. Finalizing your Purchase:
1. Paul Motor Company will contact the winner of the listing by email or phone once it has ended.
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Felix at Paul Motor Company by e-mail or call (514) 803-8283 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 3 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. 
3. In order to reserve the vehicle after winning a listing, the successful bidder (BUYER) must leave a deposit of $2,000 to the Seller within 24 hours of closing via PayPal, major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. The Buyer must send the balance of the funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller within 72 hours of closing. If you require more time, please communicate with us.
4. After sending the initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax to (514) 767-2202 or e-mail a copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other sale-related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
