turbocharger is for sale only on „Exchange
basis“. That means that you‘ll have to send us your old unit.
After
you purchase turbocharger on Ebay we will be invoiced to you surcharge
off £80 via paypall . After we
receive your old turbocharger we will transfer / refund £80 back
to your PayPal account.
You
must send your old unit back to us within 2 weeks otherwise the warranty of
your turbocharger will be terminated and your surcharge will not be refunded.
We
do not cover shipment costs of the old unit. You will have to cover your old
unit shipment costs from your own expenses.

Delivery
All deliveries are made by our next day courier and will require a signature.The courier will try and deliver the item three times before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
Warranty & Claims Policy
Please note
all products must be installed by a qualified mechanic at registered garage.
Failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and breach the returns policy.
The item comes with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing
defects only.
If the
fault has developed within the warranty period, please contact us via eBay
message and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been
returned to us for assessment and verification of the fault. It does not imply replacement or refund, but only to
inspect the merchandise base on your claim after its return. Based on the manufacturers
a opinion, we will repair or (at our sole option) replace such Goods with the
same or superior Goods, without charge or not provide any of the aforementioned.
The manufacturer opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no
further liability to you. Once the inspection has be completed we will issue a
report with the findings. Under no circumstances will we cover any postage
cost, labour fees, customs charges or any other additional costs. any turbo
deemed to have failed due to incorrect fitting or over speed is not covered by
the warranty
This
warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. The above warranty is given by
us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear
and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting
of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure
to follow our and/or the Goods a manufacturer's instructions (whether oral or in writing),
misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.
If Goods
become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or
repair such Goods, then we shall charge our standard list price for such repair
or replacement.
We will have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which you have not complied with the claims procedures in the Warranty Conditions.
Return & Exchange Policy
We happily adhere to the distance selling regulations giving our customers 14 days from receipt to return products for any reason for a refund as long as they are in unchanged condition, unused, never installed and in original packaging. Otherwise a 25% restocking fees will be charged. Electrical parts cannot be returned in any case whatsoever.
All return requests must be submitted through your eBay account. If your order is faulty, incorrectly sent or any other issue you must contact our customer service department within 14 days of purchase for advice before returning the parcel. You will be expected to provide a detailed explanation of the issue within a eBay message. We will be unable to further process the return until we have received this.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note this applies even where the product is listed with P&P . The cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund!
For exchanges if an item is purchased incorrectly, the buyer must return the item and pay for a reshipping fee in order to ship out a new item.
We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund. Please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage. If any part is received back in an abused/neglected and or dirty state or with no regard to protect it during transit we will simply return the part back to you.
Shipping Policy
Please be aware that if you wish to cancel your order once it has been dispatched you will be refunded minus any postage costs. The cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund!
We do offer local pick-ups.

Payment Policy
If you buy a turbocharger, then additional to
the turbocharger price, you will need to transfer the deposit to our PayPal
account. We will dispatch the turbocharger only after the surcharge is
transferred. The deposit will be refunded after we receive your old unit (the
same type, complete, in as removed from the engine condition, not opened).
In some cases and with our consent we can ship
without taking the deposit but then you agree for charging you with the price
of the deposit if we don't receive the old unit within 14 days.
International Customers please ask for a
shipping quote before you purchase, we do ship worldwide, shipping quotes will
be based on weight/size/destination and value of item.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Limitation Of Liability
We accept no liability for consequential damage, loss or personal injury of whatsoever kind as a result of the use of any goods sold by us nor can we undertake to bear the cost of any work involved in fitting a new part
