CB500 CB500K CARBURETOR SET 627B REFURBISHED w/kits 16100-323-024 16100-323-004 P/n: 16100-323-024 16100-323-004 (stamped 627B) Fits: 3 models 71-72-73 CB500 + CB500K1 + CB500K2 Dissasembled cleaned & polished inside & out - body were soaked - ALL ports are opened - reassembled with ALL new carb kits! Jets = 100/ 40 Air screws are turned out 1.5 turns ! I couldnt get the screws out inside the slides to change the needles (may have been locktited in & I didnt want to scew them up) but the needles were excellent so i didnt change the needles (the new needles will be included with the extra main jets #78s : kits came with 78/100 main jets & I installed the 100s = what was removed) ! As close to new as U can get - ready to install - everythings polished/lubed or greased - Ive done alot of carb sets in the last 16 years & not 1 has returned!
