I aim to ship within 1 business day, normally the same day if bought AM
I *am* responsible for items lost in the post so if you havent recieved the item by the expected delivery date, then contact me! I *am* Responsible for all claims with the courier, Royal mail and *I* will take full ownership of this. If you dont have your item i will send out a replacement where possible or give you a full refund.
If you are unhappy with your item I always accept returns and give you 28 days, I just ask that you send me back the item in the condition it was sent to you. that means if its brand new all tags etc need to be attached, or packaging sealed
combined shipping - Most of my items are free shipping, if they are not and you buy more than one i will always combine shipping. I do not make money from my shipping costs
If you item is Faulty
please email me straight away! as i will be able to arrange collection of the item and a full refund or replacement - you will never have to pay the cost of the return if the item is not as described or faulty/Damaged on delivery - Faulty items do need to be notified within 7 days from Delivery
Lastly........... I really do try to be helpful to every buyer, and i also offer *free Advice** for anyone who has issues with your Bugaboos. If for any reason you are unhappy then please please please contact me first and give me a change to put it right before leaving any feedback
