In the shop you will find a variety of items, some new, some used a little and some lovely vintage finds. All faults are clearly described. When you buy from Turning Tides you know you are buying something with great style and a special quality.

Our policy is to standardise as much as possible. Sizing differs from brand to brand and some items have the wrong size label. We have exceptionally low return rates for wrongly sized clothes - although everyone is different and we do accept returns with a smile.

Shipping

All parcels sent through Royal Mail have a Mailmark unique 3D barcode which is scanned at the Post Office and will be trackable. 

If you would like an alternative postage tariff or delivery service, such as next day delivery please send me a message before completing payment. 

Orders are posted within 2 working days and are shipped to the address on your EBay account. If you would like your order sent to an alternate address please message me.

International buyers are welcome, International Tracked / Signed for delivery can be offered, please contact me before paying if you would like this option.

Combined postage offer

If you are ordering more than one item which has a postal charge just send me a message when you have selected all your items and your postage costs will be adjusted. We try to charge the actual cost of postage, nothing more.

We can give you a customised quote for multiple items.

Terms of sale

If you find your garment is the wrong size or you are unhappy with the item in any way please send me a message within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted as long as the garment is in the same condition (no stains, alterations or signs of wear). Items are returned at the buyer’s expense.
