Delivery Information

• We ship to all points within Australia and to most points globally
• Each order is assessed individually and the most relevant shipping method is employed
• Orders received between 9am Monday and 2pm Friday are generally shipped within 24 hours and orders received after 2pm Friday and on Saturday and Sunday are generally shipped on the following Monday
• Tracking numbers will be provided wherever possible

Delivery Time

Deliveries to Australian east coast metropolitan cities should be completed within 2-5 days. For all other localities please allow extra time. If for any reason you believe that your delivery is delayed then please contact us so that we can conduct suitable enquiries and begin recovery processes if required.

Returns

From time to time and for various reasons it may become necessary for buyers to return an item. In the event of an item return being required we will work with you to ensure a smooth process and a satisfying conclusion.

Return Information

• If an item is being returned for reasons other than fault or incorrect item supplied, then the return process must be completed within 30 days starting from the date when the buyer received delivery of the item
• If an item is being returned for reasons other than fault or incorrect item supplied, then all return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer
• In order for a refund to be paid for an item that is being returned for reasons other than fault or incorrect item supplied, then the item must be returned as it was originally supplied with all retail packaging sealed, intact and unopened if that was the condition in which it was supplied
• In cases where an item has been damaged during shipping, an incorrect item was supplied or the item has a fault that affects its appearance or functionality then all return shipping and replacement costs will be borne by the seller

In a perfect world, all products would work as promised 100% of the time. Unfortunately, in the real world this just isn't the case. Sometimes manufacturers get it a little wrong, sometimes they get it a whole lot wrong. There is not much that we can do to make the manufacturers do their job better. What we can do is make sure that you, the customer, experiences minor rather than major inconvenience when it comes to warranty issues.

We warrant all items that we sell for 6 months from purchase date. If at any time in that 6 month period you experience a fault in the functionality or workmanship of your product then please contact us immediately to begin the process of return and replacement or return and refund.
