Place the lap time detector (antenna) under carpet or a urethane course and machines fitted with an IC Tag are detected. Special software measures and records lap times and displays various data for analysis of running performance. 

This has not been tested, returns accepted.

Has sticker residue from previous installation.   No breaks or cuts in the ribbon cable.

Does not include software, perhaps it can be downloaded online or you can message Kyosho for a replacement.
