We accept returns.
If the item turns out to be unsuitable, or is not as described, please make arrangements to return the item to us through the eBay Returns Procedure.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we normally refund your original payment.
All returned items are fully retested.
If the fault is ours' (ie 'not as described', or faulty), we endeavour to provide you by email with a prepaid label to print for the return postage.
Otherwise, if the fault is not ours', the buyer pays for the return postage. Since this item is of low value, we consider a low-cost postal service to be acceptable for the return.
It is important to retain an official 'Proof of Posting' document, so that if the returned parcel is lost in the post, we can refund your original payment, and you can pursue the carrier for the loss.
