A classic Braun analog alarm clock, designed by Lubs while working under the design directorship of Dieter Rams.

By this point in time the firm's analog clock range's defining characteristics had become well established: the matte casing and pared down dial are present. The AB 30 saw the introduction of an alarm on/off switch that stretched along the entire width of the clock, for ease of use.

This example in very good used condition with expected yellowish discoloration and minor surface signs of age and use. No significant damages or defects, though one of the glow-in-the-dark strips that fits into the "hour hand" has become loose, as shown in the 1st photo. I bet it can be put back in place, but I have made no attempt to do so. 

Otherwise, it has been tested and has been found to function perfectly. It's a great collector's piece and fabulous example of Braun's timeless Bauhaus-tradition design.
