This is a vintage Heco Carriage Torsion Ball Pendulum Clock. Selling for parts or repair - untested. The metal case shows some age-wear. The glass (or plastic) is in nice condition. If it takes a key - it is missing. One of the feet needs doesn't screw all the way down. Measures 8" tall, 5 1/4" wide and 4 1/2" deep.
