Easy to use:

• With clean hands, roll ball between fingers to soften the silicone.
  IMPORTANT - Ensure earplug retains ball shape.
• Reach over the head and lift top of ear upwards to open ear canal.
• Push silicone ball over ear canal and flatten edges against ear to seal.

The soft silicone putty moulds itself to your ears for a unique fit. These earplugs adhere gently across the opening to the ear canal without leaving any residue or stickiness.
