Vintage Eddie Bauer Leather Motorcycle Jacket Black Down Fill Distressed Size LT.

Outstanding leather jacket, with goose down insulation, from Eddie Bauer.  Leather is supple, soft, and relatively thick.  Full nylon lining.  Lots of down fill.  Full zipper closure, with a 3-button cover.  Two outside slash pockets;  1 inside horizontal zippered “wallet” pocket.  Hem and cuffs are moderately elastic.  Made in Korea.

The jacket is in a distressed condition.  Functionally, the jacket is excellent – no major defects, fully protective, zipper works well.  But . . . it looks like the previous owner took a few spills.  There are lots of small (mostly 1/4” or less) nicks in the leather – front left, one on the shoulder, many on the bottom of the sleeves, and the inside of cover over the zipper.  There is “patina” – lighter areas from exposure, drying of the leather – over most of the jacket – these can be largely eliminated with application of a leather treatment, but I have left them because many buyers like the “patina” look.  (If you buy the jacket and ask me to treat the leather before mailing, I will happily do so.)

Measurements:  Chest (armpit to armpit, x2)= 52”.  Waist = 50”.  Total sleeve (mid-collar to cuff) = 37”. Shoulder width (seam to seam) = 21 ½”.  Outer sleeve length (shoulder seam to cuff) = 26”.  Inner sleeve length (armpit to cuff) = 21”.  Height (bottom collar to hem) = 28  ½”.
