All items purchased are shipped the next business day. (Monday – Friday) I do not ship on national holidays as USPS is closed. I ship all items USPS. Delivery time for first class mail is 3-5 business days, and 1-3 business days for priority mail. Please allow extra shipping time for shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses. Express shipping is available upon request. Please message me for a quote. *All hats are shipped in boxes to prevent damage*


Return Policy

Returns are accepted on the following terms: Return must be made within 14 days of purchase date. Package must include tracking and your Ebay ID. Tags must be attached to your item and it must still be in new condition. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. During holiday season all items must be returned by December 31. No exceptions will be made to any of these conditions. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be taken out of your payment. This fee will be waived if the product is defective or damaged.


Payments

Payments are accepted using PayPal only. For live auction listings, payments are due within 5 days of auction end. No transactions will be cancelled for any reason.
