We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe and discrete shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.Our goal is to ship all orders the same day. All orders ship usually within 24 to 48 hours, except order shipped from overseas fulfillment center.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.Opened items cannot be returned unless defective. No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us immediately. Refused or returned orders can be shipped again once with additional shipping charges. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking charge and all shipping charge and all shipping charges on restocked orders. Refused orders can cause your account to be placed on a PREPAID only status.

Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt.All returns require a return authorization.

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All products that are damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours from receipt of goods. We will replace any damaged items. If you receive a shipment with exterior damage, or has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Please make sure the driver notes the problem in his delivery record. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately. We will follow up on the claim.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE AN ITEM I AM BILLED FOR?

All Orders are scaned before shipping so mistake are kept to a minimum, However on occasion errors will occur. Make sure to check in the packing material, many times smaller items get missed when unpacking the order.
