Items are packed in double boxes with double layer of 1" bubble wrap. Guaranteed to arrive safe and sound every time. In the uncommon case that you do happen to receive product that was damaged , we will replace or refund the product for you.
All of our products are shipped with Insurance, so you're covered! You'll just have to let us know what was damaged, and some photos to show us the extent of the damage. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and provide us with the sales invoice number and photographs of the damage. In the odd case that there is something wrong please let us know ASAP.
