We can now offer you a fully natural mixed incense of 'Grade A' Hojari Olibanum Frankincense resin carefully and naturally blended
with fine frankincense siftings and powdered grains as well as natural Bosweilla tree bark, taken from the same trees as
the resin is extruded from.
 
For those occassions where more smoke is required.

Freshly tapped from the Boswellia tree by slashing the bark and allowing the exuded resins to bleed out and harden.
 

Resin tears vary in size.

Due to the recent increase in postage charges by Royal Mail (dated 2nd April 2013) and the fact that overseas deliveries can go missing, ALL export orders will be sent using a signed for service, where a signature is required for every order.  Yes, it's more expensive, but it means you get your goods quicker, you get a tracking number and can track the progress online and also the the fact that we get a signature on all deliveries as a proof of delivery.  We do not make any money on postage (Quite often we lose out!) and the postage fee includes the service, packaging materials, labelling etc, please understand this...

 

Sometimes your item may be held in customs for further investigation - This is beyond our control

We cannot contact customs and ask for release etc, once the parcel has left us, the onward journey is beyond our control so please understand this before placing your order.  Often US and Canadian customs take a liking to fabric items and can often hold parcels for inspection and thus this delays the delivery, again it is beyond our control.  We will provide you proof of sending with a tracking number so please direct any frustration and anger at the postal service and/or customs authority and not us!!  We are an honest family company and do process and send all orders within 2 days of receiving cleared payment and legible/valid delivery address.
