Returns Policy:

We always try our best to ensure all of our customers have a good and happy experience with Rose & Peony, however we understand that occasionally you may need to return an item.

Following the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 5 days from the day after you receive all goods in an order. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition with tags intact in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Please include your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Customers are responsible for the return postage.

Please note, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, earrings (including Pieced earrings and Clip on earrings) are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Processing your Refund: If a refund is payable, the PayPal account, credit, or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the original cost of the goods only. We will process your refund as soon as is possible, and, in any case within 14 days of receiving back the goods.  Please note, your credit card company may take additional working days to credit your account.

Process for items 'Lost in Post':

All our deliveries are sent using certified and insured postal services (predominantly Royal Mail).  Should an item fail to be delivered then we will provide a refund once the following has been satisfied:

1). That the Buyer has checked with their immediate neighbours and local sorting office to try to locate the item(s).

2). If after 15 working days the item(s) are still missing then we will register an insurance Lost Claim on the Buyers behalf (as per the postal service guidelines).

3). The postal service will send a letter to the Buyer's address to check delivery is working and will record on file a Lost Claim against the address.

4). Once the postal service have confirmed the Lost Claim then we will be able to issue the refund to the Buyer.
