It is in perfect condition and is one size fits all.  Color is Supatex Red.

Each pom pom is carefully constructed from layers and layers of folded latex that catch the light from all angles.

The hat fits with a strong and fully adjustable latex band enabling you to wear it in your desired position***

***this is a custom alteration different than the standard pom pom headband available on the Atsuko Kudo website, which has the 3 smaller puffs attached solely to the headband-this custom piece has an fully adjustable latex strap underneath the band, so you can place it securely anywhere on your head. In the photos, I have the strap underneath the mannequin head's chin.  This strap would generally be worn behind your ears around the back of your head where it could very easily be hidden under your hair and affixed with bobby pins.  It's under the chin of the dummy head because, well, that was the easiest way to photograph it.  The puffs are also positioned at different angles on this piece than they are in the standard version, and are a bit bigger.  It's a stunning and unique piece/
