If your item is shipping Federal express or USPS  the tracking number will apprear under your Ebay transaction and Paypal .  If you paid via credit card we will email you directly with all the information and enter the tracking under the Ebay transaction. SHIPPING TIMES: We try to process all orders within 48 hours of payment received. IF your item requires freight shipment please contact our shipping department so we may get you the correct quote based on individual circumstances.  Any FREE Shipping item is offered to the lower 48 states a surchage will be added to any other destination.

Please see the individual description of item to view the condition, we sell parts machines as well as end user ready equipment.  Please ask questions if you are uncertain about an item, we will do our utmost to insure your transaction is perfect.  If for some reason you receive anything other than what is described simply contact our office and we will make it right. Replacement verses refund depends on inventory status.   Shipping charges are non refundable.

If there is a circumstance of shipping damage on an item, although we pack professionally it can happen, please contact us so we can get a claim in and ship you a replacement or refund. Do not ship it back as the shipping company has to pick it up in order for the claim to be acceptable.
