Payment is due within 3 calendar days after the auction closes or the "buy it now" button is clicked on. The day the auction or sale ends is considered to be the first day. 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be automatically added for all items shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. This 6% tax will be added by Ebay/Paypal during your payment transaction. In order to comply with Pennsylvania state law, shipping, handling, and insurance amounts are also included in the calculation of sales tax. Once we receive clear payment, we will begin processing and packaging your item(s). You can pay with a major credit card, Paypal, or E-check. No items will be shipped until payment has cleared. After 5 calendar days have passed if no payment has been received, and no other arrangements have been made with the buyer, the sale will be considered non-paid. Once a sale is considered non-paid, the item will no longer be available to the buyer and Ebay will issue an unpaid item mark against the buyer's account. Chainsaws are dangerous and should be treated as such. Many of our saws have been recently maintained by dealers and are in excellent working condition unless otherwise stated. We also perform a routine inspection and test run of each saw that is in running condition. This is in no way a guarantee on the condition of the saw or the safety components of that saw. Due to the fact this is a used chainsaw, you should perform your own inspection of the saw or have an authorized dealer inspect it to ensure it is safe.
