Beautiful Foley China cake plate by Wileman & Co. dating from 1895-1910. Pattern number 7442 decorated with hand painted flowers with cobalt blue shaped banded rim and lots of gilding. I also have some trios and other pieces in this pattern.

It measures 9 1/4" across. Condition is very good with no damage and minimal wear to the painting or gilding.
