Unless otherwise stated within the listing, all my products are 100% NEW and AUTHENTIC. So don’t ask me if I’m selling fakes. That’s highly illegal and I doubt that if anyone is selling fakes they would tell you. Just look at my feedback and you’ll see how honest I am. Other than unusually large items which might go out in a box, I ship everything in bubble wrap envelopes and never include packing lists, invoices or receipts. I would love to ship everything in boxes, but unfortunately that would almost double my shipping costs and I wouldn’t be able to offer such greats deals, as well as FREE SHIPPING within the U.S. So I apologize in advance if your item gets a little banged up or squished. That’s the nature of shipping via the Postal Service using bubble wrap envelopes.

WITHIN THE U.S.: I offer FREE SHIPPING which I send via First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight. Packages usually take 3-7 days to arrive. You will find a TRACKING NUMBER within the Ebay listing by going to the "Order Details"  Page and  clicking on the "Shipping" tab.

FOREIGN BUYERS: I offer PAID SHIPPING which I send First Class Mail International. Your package could take 2-7 weeks to arrive, depending on the country. This delay is mainly due to CUSTOMS, which may charge you CUSTOMS FEES for which I am NOT responsible. If your package hasn’t arrived, it is physically impossible for me to open any kind of investigation, or how much the customs fees will cost. But you can check the progress by going to “Order Details” and clicking on the “Shipping” tab which will show you the tracking information. Once packages leave my hands I have no control. And if they get lost or stolen, the only thing I can do is file an insurance claim per the guidelines below. 

I CARRY INSURANCE. IF ANYTHING ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE TAKE PICTURES AND CONTACT ME SO I CAN FILE A CLAIM AND GET YOU A FULL REFUND. FOR LOST PACKAGES, if they were shipped within the U.S., the insurance company requires that I wait 20 DAYS FROM SHIPMENT to file a claim; FOREIGN packages 40 DAYS FROM SHIPMENT. In both cases, I will apply a full refund to your Pay Pal account once the insurance company pays me on the claim (which usually happens within 1 week after I send you an affidavit the insurance company will request that you sign).
