Postage & Packaging

All of our items are sent with tracked delivery and insurance cover. We take great care in the packaging of each item and won’t scrimp on packaging material. We must adhere to this policy to protect both you, our customer, and ourselves from any damage and/or lost in post situations. Each charge for postage & packaging is a reflection of this. We don’t attempt to profit in any way from the postage & packaging charge and thank you for your understanding and acceptance of this.

Combined Postage

We are happy to combine postage & packaging for multiple purchases, IF it doesn’t risk damage to any item. As postage costs are based upon package weight and value, we would need to re-evaluate the total charge and would please ask you to request an invoice from us before making payment.

On rare occasions we may need to use a different postal service to that stated in the listing. We will never ask for additional payment and will always attempt to use a service which has the same delivery time. Again we thank you for your understanding and acceptance of this.
