Condition:
All listings include pictures of the actual item you will receive, no generic stock photos are used! Items that are listed in Brand New condition are factory sealed unless otherwise described. EVERY item that is listed in "Acceptable" or "Used" condition has been cleaned, tested and guaranteed to be working. We take multiple high-resolution pictures so that you can mouse over top (or click) the image to zoom in and inspect each detail to determine your own opinion of the quality. You may notice some flaws that we have not!
*PLEASE NOTE: For some older games that have internal batteries: We test ALL games to assure that they will work, but most retro games with batteries have little battery life left if there even is still any. Batteries can corrupt even after testing stages or during shipment. If a game requires an internal battery to save your game progress, you may need to purchase a replacement! Most local stores can offer battery replacements between $5-$15.
Shipping:
Combined shipping is available! The cheapest shipping will automatically be chosen by default, more shipping options are available upon checkout. Ebay will automatically total up the combined shipping costs to save you from having to request an invoice. If you are making a very large bulk quantity purchase or are interested in multiple expensive-to-ship items, please request an invoice before paying for your transaction.
Shipping prices are determined by following Canada Post's current shipping rates. Any additional service fee's and shipping supply costs are also added in. Tracked packages are averaged out between the closest and farthest area in that category to balance out any loss or gain.
EVERY item that is shipped as lettermail will be sent in a regular non-padded envelope, folded over for one layer of extra support. This is required to fit the item in Canada Post's 2cm template. PS1 and Game Boy games will have 1 layer of bubble wrap, manuals / paperwork will have 1 piece of cardboard for added support.
EVERY tracked game will be bubble wrapped and packed in a box for maximum safety with full insurance coverage if any problems occur. If you have any other shipping requests, please don't hesitate to ask!
