Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all items from our warehouse as quickly as possible. All items will be dispatched the same day once payment received before 12.00pm Monday to Friday.

All orders will be shipped to UK mainland addresses by Royal Mail 1st class and are usually arrive within 1-2 working days. If you are outside UK mainland areas, please email us for carriage costs before ordering. All orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped Monday or the first working day after the holiday. Combined posting can be arranged when you make two or more orders.

Please ensure that your shipping postal address is correct on ebay and Paypal, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are sent to the wrong address.

Cancellation & Return of goods

Please check your order form carefully and that you have ordered the correct goods before checkout.

After the order is placed, if you decide to cancel the order, you may not get the full amount of money back due to the shipping costs if the goods have been shipped already.

If for any reason you wish to exchange the items or return the goods to us, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.

All goods must be returned back to us within 14 days in its original condition including packaging. Once we have inspected the item(s) a full refund shall be issued within 3 working days excluding shipping and handling. All return shipping is your sole responsibility.
