Harry Potter: The Order of Phoenix for the Nintendo Wii.  Game is complete with the book.  Case and book are in good shape with very mild wear.  Game plays well with no issues but does have a few mild marks on it.  Also included is the original receipt where it was purchased new.

Items are from a smoke free and pet free home.  However, I cannot control what happens to the package once it leaves my hands.  USPS workers are allowed to smoke in their car and items may sometimes be exposed to cigarette smoke before being in my possession.  Please know this when bidding.
