Returns policy details
We offer a free no quibble returns policy within the United Kingdom utilising the ebay managed returns process which means you can buy with confidence knowing that should there be any issue it will be resolved at no cost to you as long as the ebay managed returns process is followed using the procedure below.
To Initiate a return please click on "return this Item" which is available using the dropdown menu next to the item in your purchase history then select "wrong size/did not fit" as the reason for the return.
You will then be given the choice of selecting the return postage option most suited to the item using Royal mail Tracked 48 or Collect+ the costs of which will be charged to pbjcsports allowing you to print the returns label direct from ebay with no payment required by you.
Please initiate the return within 14 days of receipt
Should you wish to return the item using another service/courier we will reimburse you only for the cost that would have been charged to us by ebay for using the managed returns process above currently £2.78 for Royal Mail Tracked 48.
All we ask is that the item to be returned reaches us in the same condition that it was sent.
Unworn except for trying on/sizing
If tagged when sold then all tags attached
If boxed when sold then in original box.
We will inspect the item upon its return.
Overseas buyers please note that the postage costs for all returns are to be borne by the buyer as only the UK is currently covered by the ebay managed returns process.
