Items are authentic

All items are new unless otherwise noted in listing. Items may have a cut label or a mark on the material tag / label or a mark on the inside of the item if it is tag free in order to prevent store returns. If you purchased it from us and want to return it or exchange it, please contact us directly. Please do not walk into a Victoria's Secret store and try to act like you bought it there. We are having to add this to our listings because some buyers actually get mad when they can't take it back to a regular Victoria's Secret and a get full price refund or an exchange.  Also, items may get wrinkled during shipping, but the wrinkles should come right out when steamed or washed. 

Please do not purchase from us if anything we just stated is not acceptable to you.

Payment

We accept Paypal Payments only unless discussed prior to bidding. Payment is expected within 3 days of when auction ends and 24 hours after a "buy it now"

If a problem arises and you are unable to pay on time, please contact us and let us know. We will be happy to work with you, but we need to hear from you so we know that you  still intend to complete the transaction.

Texas Residents pay 8.25% sales tax-  It's  the law...Sorry :(

Shipping

 We use USPS unless otherwise requested.  If you want items shipped a different way then please ask about any additional charges different carriers might have before bidding. International shipping shipping costs buyers extra. We ship within 24 hours of payment except on weekends or post offices holidays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact us before bidding to check on International Shipping rates.

All international purchases will be shipped USPS priority mail since first class mail does not have tracking.   Shipping time is often longer than expected due to delays in customs.  Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility.  

RETURNS

You may return item for a full refund if we make mistakes in our listings or if we accidentally ship the wrong size or item. If there is anything else that you are not satisfied with please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will really make an effort to work with you.  We really want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Our goal is to have happy customers who want to shop with us again!

The retail tags must still be attached in order to return an item, so please try on the item before you cut off the tags.

Panties are not returnable due to their intimate nature,

so please verify your size before bidding.

 You must contact us before returning the item in order for a refund to be considered.  We will usually do exchanges will full credit towards a different set, but if you are wanting a refund, there will most likely be a restocking fee if the item simply doesn't fit or if it is the wrong color. We can not be afford to be fully responsible for expenses incurred from the purchase when the color/size  isn't what you are looking for because colors differ from monitor to monitor and different bras fit different people differently. Please consider this before you bid on our auctions.

Please provide a tracking number for the return shipping.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the item.

All shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless we a mistake in our description or if we accidentally ship the wrong item.
