UK DELIVERY

UK delivery is sent by 1st or 2nd class post and can take from 2-3 days.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Overseas delivery is sent by Royal Mail Airmail Small Parcels (up to 2kg) and can take 3-5 days Europe, 5-7 days rest of the world.

Overseas customers please note that usually you get a delivery within 5- 14 days but I've experienced up to 28 days to get to the USA and 61 days to Russia in extreme cases.

· All payments must be by PAYPAL, CHEQUE or POSTAL/MONEY ORDERS. All cheques/ money orders must be in Pounds Sterling. Please ensure that they are sent by a recorded and signed for method.
· Payment is within 3 days, immediately after auction has ended. However, I understand that sending cheques etc sometimes takes longer, so allowances will be made for as long as I am informed.

POSTAGE CHARGES

Contact me if you need extra requirements other than standard delivery e.g. Signed For, Special Delivery etc.
I am only able to supply tracking details for overseas customers who have purchased Royal Mail International Tracked at an additional cost otherwise I am unable to supply tracking numbers and cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event of loss or damage occurring. Please note I do not send items out using surface mail or any similar long delivery services. All international items are sent by air mail.
The minimum postage I charge is listed on each auction, which includes packing materials.
COMPENSATION
Standard post and small parcels is covered up to £20 by Royal Mail. Items of more value may be insured at extra cost. Contact me for options.
International purchases (Airmail Small Packets) are also covered for loss or damage up to £20. Contact me for further options.
REFUNDS
If you need to send anything back to me for whatever reason, YOU MUST contact me straight away in order to make any claim for refund, exchange, goods damaged in transit or faulty goods. Upon receipt of the returned package a refund or exchange of item will be made by me. All refunds will be made through Paypal.
If I have supplied the wrong item, then please accept my apologies. In this situation, I will cover the Return Postage Costs for you to send the item back to me (The refund will be the same value as the stamps on the initial package).
If you need to send your item back and require a refund because you changed your mind then you are responsible for all Additional Postage Costs incurred. For example, if the supplied item is correct, but it does not suit your needs or you do not require it, then I will make a refund MINUS 10%, which represents the average cost to me of every transaction. This charge covers my non recoverable fees that were incurred by the sale e.g. Ebay Fees, Postage, Packing etc. **IMPORTANT** You must get a Post Office "Proof Of Posting" receipt for ALL items sent to me. I will only credit or exchange items AFTER I have received them. If any item gets lost in the post on the way to me, you will need to claim for it's loss through the Post Office, using your postal receipt as Proof Of Posting. In this case, I WILL NOT make a refund or exchange because the Post Office will credit you directly for the cost of the item that they lost.
