SHIPPING POLICY
- All our items will be dispatched 1 WORKING DAY (Excluding Sundays/ Bank Holidays) after purchase.
- We do not operate on Sundays, so purchases made after 3pm Saturday, will be processed on Monday & sent Tuesday
- Purchase will be posted with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed who AIM to deliver within 2-3 working days.
- You or someone within your household must be at home to sign for the item, if not a calling card will be left detailing it has been routed to your nearest Royal Mail sorting office and you have 20 days to claim the item.
- We also operate a click & collect delivery with Argos, select your nearest Argos store, and after purchase has been made and delivered, Argos will email & text you to pick up. This is the safest means of delivery and you pick up at your convenience
- We also provide Royal Mail special next day delivery to the UK; These orders are dispatched the day after the purchase has been made. THIS IS THE ONLY GUARANTEED DELIVERY SERVICE
- PLEASE NOTE: All Royal Mail special next day delivery orders received on Thursday will be delivered for Monday (NO Saturday 9am delivery option available) and next day delivery orders received on Friday will be dispatched and delivered for Tuesday.
- We can send items worldwide, all items that need posting out of the UK will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service.
- We also send items through the Global Shipping Programme, which is much safer & cost effective option if available in your country.
- Any items not called for & returned to us will incur a full re-delivery cost.
RETURNS POLICY
- If you not are entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 28 days of receiving the item.
- After 28 days, its our discretion whether we will accept it or not.
- The returned item must be sent back in its original box in its original & unworn condition.
- Buyers PAYs for the return postage & its YOUR responsibility that we receive it.
