All parts carry a 30 warrantee from the date of purchase all parts must be sent back to SY4 4AT , Engines and gear boxes must be fitted by a qualified mechanic and with proof of timing belt being replaced for warranty to apply and an invoice of work/fiiting charge.
ITEMS DELIVERED BY COURIER
All parts which are delivered by courier service HERMES/TNT.AND OTHER COURIER .Parcels which are signed for and then later when you open them and find them damaged will not be able to make a claim against them. If you find a parcel which is damaged then it must be signed for as damaged.
GLASS AND BODY PANELS
Glass and body panels , we prefer local pick up due to fragile nature but will post however it is done so at buyers own risk. SECURITY MARKS Items are marked for security please do not remove these as items returned without markings will not be liable for a refund Alloy Wheels and Tyres Alloy wheels and tyres are not warranted, due to previously been fitted to an accident damaged vehicle and i do not have the equipment to test or check for wheels that are buckled.
Faulty parts will be replacement, but will be sent after the original part has been returned and checked by ourselves , if no replacement part is available a refund will be issued, we do not refund return postage
RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted for incorrect purchase. You must check to make sure this item fits your vehicle before purchasing. Electrical items are not returnable unless fitted by a fully qualified auto electrician, no postage will be refunded thankyou
