This is a very rare example of Young's signature using his full name - completely spelling out Watts. He did this largely in jest because he also wrote out the recipient's full name who's surname was also Young. The person I acquired this from had related to me that "Tom Walter" was John's brother but I had someone write me recently letting me know that he doesn't believe that's the case. Having done some additional searching, it doesn't appear that the recipient is John's brother.
