Shipping Policy

We gladly combine shipping on any orders possible. Please contact us for combined shipping quotes. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

International Shipments

In order to provide the best prices, our international shipping rates do not include standard tracking services. The Customs Declaration Number (CDN) is always included for your convenience, but unfortunately, the USPS does not provide helpful tracking information with CDNs.

International shipments can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Regardless of your prior experience, every shipment is different and may take up to 6 weeks. In addition to taking up to 6 weeks for delivery, international shipments are occasionally lost in transit. When problems happen, we make it right, but we cannot guarantee international shipments to be problem free. Our average international delivery time is 3-4 weeks. Buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. These are not included in shipping rates. We do not mark items under value or as gifts; this is prohibited by law.

Not all of our products are suitable for import. We are not responsible for "questionable" items that are lost or confiscated by customs. We strongly suggest that you check with your local customs office before you purchase this product.

Shipments to the United States

Please allow the following time periods for each shipping class. These time periods are only estimates and should not be used as exact predictions.

Standard shipments to the United States take 4-5 business days to arrive

Expedited shipments to the United States take 2-3 business days to arrive

One Day shipments to the United States ordered before 8:00 AM (PST) will be delivered the next business day

Returns Policy
