Return Policy

After receiving the item, contact Frontier Computer Corp. within 30 days to receive a money back refund. Free return shipping. If product is defective notify Frontier Computer Corp. withing 5 days of receiving the product. Frontier technicians will try to solve the problem prior to issuing an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). If the issue can not be solved and it is an issue related to defective or non-working equipment Frontier will either replace the equipment at their expense or choose to issue a credit in the full amount of the equipment value. Frontier Computer Corp. will not authorize the return of products that were damaged during or after shipping. Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
