Please be advised. I have No Control over the USPS and the speed in which they deliver. At the price I am offering this item, I will not be adding a tracking number. Therefor your item is at the mercy of the USPS. I have seen items arrive in as little as 2 business days. I have seen items take 2 weeks. However, if an item has gone 14 business days (not including holidays) please contact me. Do not open a case with ebay for something that can easily be handled between 2 people. If your item has still not arrived by the 14th day, please contact me. I can reship your item or refund. Your choice. However, please do not leave a negative or neutral feedback for something I do not have control over. That would be unfair and unprofessional. 

If for any reason your item has arrived Damaged, Please contact me immediately so that we can get the situation resolved. Please do not leave a negative or neutral feedback for something I do not have control over. At the very least, lets try to get this problem resolved first.

If you do not contact me, I do not know if anything is wrong. If it has been over 14 business days and I have no message from you stating Arrived, Not Arrived or Defective, it should be safe to assume all is well. So again, please no negative or neutral feedback because you did not do your part.
