• All shipping price comes without the Liz Lisa shoe box (Liz's shoe box is too soft and requires extra box to put outside the liz shoe box when shipping, which will cost much more than the normal shipping charges, so Shoes will be shipped with carefully wrapping but without the Liz shoe box)

Washing Instruction

It is highly recommended that you hand wash all items with care especially items with lace. For coats we recommend you to dry clean. Please also iron the item after removing from packaging for best look.

International Shipping

We use the following services for international shipping.

-       Australia post regular airmail

-       Australia post Registered international mail or Pack and track international service.(same cost )

Regular airmail is the cheapest option, but it does not come with tracking or insurance. We do not recommend this service for high value purchases or shipping to countries with high package lost risk

Registered international mail is available for all countries, it can be tracked in some countries (such as US UK Sweden Russia)when the package arrived in the destination country, it requires signature on delivery and comes with $100 insurance. Pack and track is available in most countries and fully track able.
