Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of  purchase. Payment must be received within 4 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss a solution. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, we will send another invoice and if no response, then a Non-Paying Buyer Dispute  will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged.

Free shipping on all orders over $59.99 shipped within the United States. We also have Combined Shipping for more than one item. Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment. Items will be shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order via the shipping method you select during checkout.

You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the item or items are shipped and then again when they are delivered. Please purchase ahead of time, so that item does not hit the deadline day when you will need your item.  Please note that transit times may vary particularly during peak periods. Weekends and holidays are excluded from delivery time.

We do accept return items for exchange, store credits or refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving goods with the reason to return the goods. Items should be sent back to us within 10 days after we were contacted. We want our customers to be happy and will do everything to remedy the situation.  

Since we sell pr-owned items, we may not have a wide selection of sizes in that particular style. If customer want to exchange for a bigger size then they will have to make selection from other styles that have bigger sizes. If money is refunded then we will have to minus shipping cost.

Because our clothes are cheap we try to keep shipping cost down. We rarely get return items because we sell goods that are in excellent condition and that anyone in our family would wear. We searched out goods for  flaws, stains and any signs or wear and tear. We also make sure that the good are clean and smells very good.

Our merchandise are New and Pr-owned. Some of our New items have tags and some are without.  Since many of our New women clothes are imported, the sizes may be a little smaller so please look at the measurement that is added to the clothes description listing. The measurement is a true.  We try to sell the most up to date styles in women clothes.

Our pre-owned items have been worn once or a couple of times and are in excellent condition. We make sure that our pre-owned clothes are hygienic and have no signs of being over-worn before we list it on this website.
